Sri. P. Anand, B.Com., F.C.A., DISA(ICAI)

Sri. P. Anand was enrolled as a member of the ICAI in 1974, and has experience of more than 42 years in almost every facet of the accounting profession. He specialises in taxation and company audits and has been instrumental in laying down several practices for the firm. He represents the firm as Senior Partner for all major audits and has contributed his expertise in the area of audit and management consulting.

Sri. M. N. Venkatesan, B.Com, F.C.A.

Sri. M. N. Venkatesan was enrolled as a member of ICAI in 1984, and has experience of more than 32 years. He specializes in Bank Audits and leads all assignments for the banking industry. He has wide experience in the field of Bank audit and has represented the firm as a Senior Partner for all assignments relating to the banking industry.

He was on the Board of Indian Overseas Bank during 2002 to 2008. He was the Chairman of Audit Committee, Member of Risk Management Committee, Chairman of Shareholders Grievance Committee and Member of other committees of the Board during 2002-2008.

Sri. M. Prabakar, B.Com., F.C.A,

Sri. M. Prabakar was enrolled as a member of ICAI in 1992. He is also a qualified Cost Accountant. Apart from Audits and advising clients (both domestic and international) on various issues under the Income-Tax Act, Wealth Tax Act and Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements, he has a vast experience in handling assessment proceedings under the Income-tax Act. He also handles appellate matters before the Commissioner of Income tax (Appeals).

Sri. S. Sourirajan, B.Sc., F.C.A.

Sri. S. Sourirajan was enrolled as member of ICAI in 1984, he was in practice since 1998 and merged with our firm since 2008, after having served the Industry for more than 12 years. He advises management in formulating business plans, foreign collaboration, international financing and foreign exchange dealings for various operations of the company. Also does tax planning and tax management with special reference to double taxation avoidance agreements of different countries. He has rich experience in Finance segment.
